Ordering Procedure

It is our pleasure to guide you through our Ordering Procedure.

When you want to purchase an article, you will need to go through the following steps:

I) Non-personalised articles:

a. Click on the article you would like to purchase
b. STEP 1: You now may choose between PERSONALISED articles or NON-PERSONALISED articles. Select ‘NON-PERSONALISED’ articles.
c. STEP 3: Add to shopping basket.
d. STEP 4: You will get an overview of the content of your shopping basket.
e. STEP 5: You will be asked to fill in some information that is required by us for ensuring correct delivery. Depending on the country, the shipping costs are also calculated. (You may also consult the shipping costs in the section “Delivery and Shipping Costs”)
f. STEP 6: You will be asked which payment method you would like to use. You may choose between Visa, Maestro, Paypal or bank transfer. You will also be prompted to complete a number of additional steps.
g. STEP 7: Upon completion of these steps, the sales transaction is completed, and you will receive a confirmation email for your order, containing an order number.

II) Personalised articles
a. Click on the article you would like to purchase
b. STEP 1: You now may choose between PERSONALISED articles or NON-PERSONALISED articles. Select ‘PERSONALISED’ articles.
c. STEP 3: Select “text” or “logo”.
i. Text: Click on the desired font.
Enter your text.
You will notice that the text appears on the article. You may now adjust the position or the size of the text, by enlarging or reducing the text frame. Press ‘Confirm’ (or ‘OK’) if you agree with the overall appearance of the text.
ii. Logo: Using the ‘browse’-function, you may upload the desired logo. Your logo must meet the following requirements: min. 600 x 800 dpi. Only black-and-white logos are permitted.
You will notice that the logo appears on the article. You may now adjust the position or the size of the logo, by enlarging or reducing the picture frame. Press ‘Confirm’ (or ‘OK’) if you agree with the overall appearance of the logo.
d. STEP 3: Add to your shopping basket.
e. STEP 4: You will get an overview of the content of your shopping basket.
