My order status

Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

For standard orders: within five working days following validation of your payment, you should normally receive an email containing your order number, the tracking code and a link to the website where you can track the whereabouts of your parcel.

For customized orders: within ten working days following validation of your payment, you should normally receive an email containing your order number, the tracking code and a link to the website where you can track the whereabouts of your parcel.

We always strive to meet these delivery periods. However, it may happen that we are not able to do so. In such case, you will receive an email informing you of the exact delivery date of the order.
For urgent cases, a shorter delivery period may be agreed upon (possibly implying an extra cost). For urgent deliveries, please first contact us by telephone. We will immediately let you know whether or not it is possible for us to meet the delivery period of your preference.
In case, for whatever reason, the article(s) you purchased are not in stock, you will be notified of this by email. In that case, you will be given the choice to either cancel your order and reclaim your payment, or to choose another similar or equivalent article.
